OPR Group is a Portuguese furniture company based in the north of Portugal. We are in the furniture business over 35 years and we keep updating and renewing our services and our products every day.

OPR is dedicated to the manufacture of rustic, classical and contemporary furniture. The combined new techniques with handmade finishing, creates unique pieces with very high quality standards. Exclusive products, custom projects and handmade furniture are our business core.

OPR works in a B2B model and we export all over the world. We work with distributors, agents or designers/architects. Our business partners have special discount over our price list (net prices).

For showrooms purpose we can offer additional discount. All prices are EX-Works.

Leading production time, after order confirmation, will be between 5-7 weeks. Personalized products, colors, sizes or finishing might affect the usual production time.

Payment conditions are: 50% pre-payment + 50% before shipping. The payment should be done by wire transfer (details will be provided) and in some special cases can be used letter of credit (other costs may be applied).

OPR can provide the transport of your products (insurance is included) and assist you choosing the best available transport. In addition you can deal with the cargo companies directly and collect the order directly in our factory (we don’t take any responsibility for anything related with this matter).

To avoid logistic nightmares, you should always confirm that the delivery address is correct. We can´t redirect the shipment once it´s out of our factory. We do not accept any responsibility after your address confirmation.

Our products are verified and well packed before leaving factory. Despite that, we strongly recommend adding wood boxes in small orders (few costs, big benefits). We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit.

After receiving your order, you have 1 week to verify all the products and check if it is accordingly with your request. We only accept returning’s if we fail in the requested specifications.

OPR should be notified in 48h if you check that there was any damage related to the transport and a written claim should be immediately send to us with photographic evidence attached. Note that transport companies has their own specific timings for claims.

OPR usually doesn’t keep very stock because we work upon request, but we always keep some pieces available in stock. Sometimes It´s possible to fulfill your order immediately.

OPR offer a 2 years warranty as long as the products are correctly used and maintained in the most suitable conditions.

We keep all your information private and we do not provide it to other companies.
